Fully Automated Detergent Production Line

ESI Robotics has developed a fully automated detergent production line, integrating 8 robots across packaging, palletizing, and product handling processes. This solution enhances efficiency, minimizes errors, and ensures a seamless production flow, from box forming to final pallet wrapping, while utilizing a digital twin for real-time monitoring and optimization.

- Box forming: automatic preparation of packaging to receive the products.

- Pick & Place (product handling): Robots position products inside boxes with precision.

- Packaging: automation of the entire closing and conditioning process.
