The cell is divided into two areas, on one side we have fiber deposition in static molds and on the other, fiber deposition for revolution components.

Digital Manufacturing Fiber Deposition for Revolution Components  

In the case of fiber deposition in revolution molds, the rotary positioner is capable of supporting shafts with a maximum internal diameter of 200 mm and an external diameter between 50 and 350 mm. In addition, it can manufacture revolution parts with a maximum radius of 1250 mm and a total load of 1000 kg.

Automation and Innovation Fiber Deposition in Static Molds

On the other side of the cell, we have the deposition of fibers in static molds, with a resistance table. This table has five independent work zones, capable of reaching 150ºC.
