Orderly placement of 28 metal inserts into a mold with each injection cycle
- Two-cavity mold - 14 metal inserts per cavity
- 3 different part types (6 + 6 + 2)
- Since there was no available space on the periphery of the machine, we built a metal structure (2nd floor)
