In order to answer the different demands and requirements of the market, we present complete and improved solutions for industrial production.

We developed this industrial robot from scratch, which provides significant increases in productivity. By organizing the corks stoppers, it is possible to save about 30% of the transport volume.

The cork stoppers were packed in raffia bags and stacked on pallets, which penalized the competitive value of the product. Therefore, ESI developed an innovative robotized system for the packaging of cork stoppers that can reduce the transport volume by 30%, through the organization of the stoppers. In addition to this reduction in logistics costs, which directly influences the final cost of the product, we have made transportation more sustainable, since plastic consumption has been reduced.
